PARIS APARTMENT Paris, France Photographer: Richard Powers, Galerie Magazine This classic Parisian apartment in the 7th arrondissement, was transformed into a modern pied-à-terre for a young Brazilian family. Preserving the 19th-century mood, its herringbone wood floors, marble mantelpiece and ample moldings was essential. Opening the floor plan to create open spaces was a primary goal for a family who spends a lot of time together entertaining friends.
