MEADOW RIDGE FARM Coxsackie, NY Photographer: Justin M Weiner Meadow Ridge Farm was founded in the late 19th century by a Manhattan-based financier who by water up the Hudson River to summer at the property. Covering 100 acres alongside the Hudson, with views of the Berkshire and Catskill mountain ranges that define the Hudson Valley, the farm features meadows of hay, woods of black walnut, oak and pine trees, landscaped natural streams and a pond. Its gardens and allées of red maple trees give the farm four seasons of brilliant color and natural charm.
